Aquatics
High School Pool Schedule - The indoor pool is open to the public and located in Rocky Hill High School, 50 Chapin Avenue. The pool is 6 lanes, 75’ long with a 1 meter diving board, ranging in depth from 3.5’ to 12’. For the most up-to-date schedule check at the pool, on our website, or call the Recreation office.
Due to the high volume of usage between multiple entities and the unpredictability of the ever- changing schedules, we ask that you please visit us on our website for the most up-to-date pool schedule. Once on our webpage, simple click on “Programs” and then “Pool Information”, which will be located under “Aquatics”. The schedule will also be available to view at the pool. Thank you for your understanding.

American Red Cross Lifeguarding Course
The purpose of the American Red Cross Lifeguarding course is to provide entry-level lifeguard participants with the knowledge
and skills to prevent, recognize, and respond
to aquatic emergencies, and to provide professional-level care for breathing and cardiac emergencies, injuries, and sudden illness until emergency medical services (EMS) personnel takes over. This class takes place at the Rocky Hill High School Pool.
Prerequisites: You must be a proficient swimmer and be at least 15 years old by the
final scheduled class. At the first class you must successfully complete 2 swim tests (swim-tread- swim and a timed brick retrieval) to continue with the course. If you are unable to complete the required swim test you will receive a full refund.

Rocky Hill Dog Park
NEWS
The Dog Park is located in Elm Ridge Park on Elm Street, Route 160. Open all year dawn to dusk. There is no lighting at the dog park.
Please be sure follow all dog park rules. Enter at your own risk.
During the winter months the gravel road leading to the dog park is not plowed. The Town plows the paved road up to the skate park and the parking lot next to the skate park. All users will need to walk from the skate park parking lot.
Sponsor a Piece of the Park: Buy a section of fence for $200 and get a plaque attached to it with your choice of wording.

Sea Cubs Swim Club
Sea Cubs is a structured, school age swimming program for children with special needs. Volunteers will serve as buddies and work with the children in the pool. Parents/ guardian must remain in pool area during all swim sessions.
