Adult tennis lessons
This program is designed for beginners to advanced players looking to play tennis or tune up their game. Lessons and drills will focus on stroke development, movement, and strategy. Sneakers with non-marking soles required. Bring own racket or equipment will be provided. For more information, contact Miguel Garcia at the Tennis & Fitness Center at 860-563-8051.

Come learn about the fascinating birth, life cycle, and future of the universe. From its first turbulent seconds born in unimaginable temperatures and density,
to the creation of stars and galaxies, this course presents the universe as a single dynamic organism complete with birth, a childhood, a middle age, and (eventually) retirement and old age. You’ll never look at the night sky the same way again!

Binocular stargazing class
Your binoculars can be a great grab-and-go stargazing tool! Bring your binoculars (or use mine) and we’ll learn how to use them to view planets, galaxies, star clusters, and nebulas! Find out which apps and publications are geared specifically towards binocular stargazing. Course includes outdoor viewing, weather permitting. Days: Tuesday

Walk the Rocky Hill Greenway
Walk the white trail, north to Old Forge Road to Dividend Rd, to Oak St. then through Bulkley Park, back to Dividend Rd to Pratt St., to Surwilo Park, then Ferry Park, up Riverview to Esther into and through the Quarry ending at the Old Main St. parking lot at Quarry park. Date/Time: June 6, 10:00am
Meet at Dividend Pond Pleasant Valley Road parking lot.
Length: 5.5 miles

An exciting Adult Tennis Ball Cricket League held under the lights at Maxwell Park,
