Pickleball clinics – Beginner Adult (ages 18 and up)
Players will learn the rules and scoring system
of Pickleball if they do not know already. They
will learn the basics of serving, ground strokes, volleying, and basic court positioning. By the end of the class they will understand the importance of proper grip of the paddle and footwork. They will begin to learn strategy and tactics for more competitive play. The goal of this class will be to give players the confidence to apply these learned skills in organized game situations.

Advanced Adult (ages 18 and up)
Players will learn more advanced mechanics of serving, ground strokes, volleying, and court positioning. They will learn more advanced strategy and tactics for more competitive play. Players will work to enhance court awareness, shot selection, and overall decision making in gameplay. The goal of this class will be to help players develop and improve to their desired ability level and to give players the tools needed to continue to improve even after class has ended. Functional Fun in the Pool (ages 18+)
Aquatic exercise is the perfect way for everybody (yours included!) to have fun while staying active in the summer. Exercise in water is especially good for individuals who are just starting out, rehabbing injuries, or suffering from arthritis. This program uses the concept of buoyancy to minimize joint impact while improving aerobic endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, and balance. The time will fly by as you engage in shallow water gentle aerobics, dance, and ai-chi (which is tai chi in water). Have fun exercising in a safe, supportive environment with great music and lots of laughs. No experience required, no swimming required, no full immersion or wet hair required!
Required: bathing suit or rash guard pool wear, towel, pool shoes, water bottle

strength training class (ages 18+)
Total body strength training will give you a complete workout that will help tone and reshape your body. Core workout is also included. The class will utilize free weights, bands, bars, etc., and will include standing and floor work. Some mats are available to borrow, but bringing your own is recommended.

A vinyasa flow class is designed to link breath with movement to heat the body and get into the stretch. Lots of Sun and Moon Salutations and poses for strength and fluidity. Every other week, we are joined by Doug Yaeger whose calming sound healing enhances our flow. All skill and experience levels are welcome in this vigorous yet calming class.

This class is designed for those who are new
to yoga; also, those who are more experienced looking to slow down and reconnect. Our gentle flow will focus on the breath to release stress while we stretch our bodies mindfully. Prioritize your self-care this season and join me as we explore the basics of alignment and practice the art of letting go. Every other week, we are joined by Doug Yaeger whose calming sound healing enhances our flow.

Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic practice that links movement and breath to build physical strength, flexibility, and endurance. This flowing sequence of poses also serves as a moving meditation, promoting mindfulness, relieving stress and decreasing muscle tension. Classes follow a mindful progression, beginning with gentle movements, building into an energetic sequence, and culminating in a restorative, final relaxation. yoga in the Park (ages 16+)
Yoga in the Park is an outside Hatha style yoga class for adults and teens who enjoy movement in our beautiful park setting. We are joined by Doug Yaeger who brings sound healing to the event. Classes will focus on fun, flow-style movements, but will also provide some foundational yoga instruction. Instructors rotate for this session, so no two weeks are the same. Bring water, a yoga mat, and wear loose, comfortable clothes. You will be required to sign up for each class you attend. Class will be cancelled in the event of inclement weather. strong and Fit (ages 18+)
Strong and Fit involves a combination of cardio and resistance exercises that work multiple muscle groups, it helps to build overall strength while also improving muscular and cardiovascular endurance. By performing a variety of exercises with little rest, you will rise to the challenges and feel great!

core and More (ages 18+)
This class focuses on strengthening the abdominals, glutes, lower back, hips, and legs either as the primary or supportive muscles. We will use mats, body weight and sometimes other equipment. This class is not always fast paced but can be at times as we work through the different muscles. You will work though some great moves for greater core strength.

BworkZ – Bollywood inspired Dance
workout (ages 16+)
BWORKZ’s (Bollywood Inspired Dance Workout) mission is to bring Bollywood dance as a low to high intensity cardio activity and performance to people. It integrates 40+ dance basics (Indian folk and Bollywood styles) developed by AnupamZ to create an easy-to-follow workout program for adults. This one-hour cardio workout ranging from low impact to high impact is choreographed to be a great stress buster with its soul-touching Indian dance music! We recommend bringing a water bottle!
