Zumba (ages 16+)
Get an aerobic workout with a Latin twist! Zumba Fitness combines high energy and motivating music with Latin and international rhythms. The moves are easy to follow and there is no dance experience necessary. Wear comfortable clothing and sneakers. Bring water and a towel.

Guided Meditation and
Sound Healing Immersion
This program is a 4-class series that meets once per month. Enjoy progressive relaxation to relieve physical tension, breathwork to
calm the mind, and energy awareness to create balance and poise. Meditation and sound healing relieve stress, improve sleep, and create coherence between mind, body, and soul. Doug accompanies your meditation with enchanting crystal bowls, chimes, and shimmery gong. Julie provides (optional) hands-on energy healing. Chairs are provided so you may meditate while seated, but if you prefer to lie down, be aware that our floor is hardwood, so bring blanket(s), pillow, etc. for your comfort.

If after participating in one of our programs, you are less than satisfied with its quality, please discuss it with our recreation staff so that we can make it right!
       The dog park is located in Elm Ridge Park on Elm Street. Open all year dawn to dusk. There is no lighting at the dog park. At times, there may be temporary fencing up in certain areas of the park to promote grass growth. Please respect the fencing and keep out of these areas to help us take care of our beloved dog park!
Please follow all posted dog park rules. Enter at your own risk. Sponsor a Piece of the Park: Buy a section of fence for $200 and get a plaque
attached to it with your choice of wording.
