Yoga: All Levels Vinyasa Flow with Sound Healing
Link the breath with movement to stretch and strengthen the body in a Vinyasa flow. Taught with musician/sound healer, Doug Yaeger every other week, this class focuses on a full body flow with poses for strength and fluidity. All
skill and experience levels are welcome to this vigorous, yet calming class.

Yoga: Slow Flow with Yin/Restorative (ages 16+)
During our busy lives we rarely get the chance to slow down, so this class gives you the opportunity to do just that. We will start our 60-minute, all-levels class with a slow flow to get the blood flowing and transition to a yin/ restorative practice for the second half of class. The stillness, deep stretching and bi- weekly live sound healing will leave you with
a sense of deep relaxation and release along with increased mobility and flexibility over time. Modifications will be offered throughout class to cater to every unique body. Please bring a mat, blanket, and blocks (if you have them)! Instructor: Kristin Longenecker accompanied by Musician Doug Yaeger

Yoga: All Levels Vinyasa Flow (ages 16+) Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic practice that
links movement and breath to build physical strength, flexibility, and endurance. This flowing sequence of poses also serves as a moving meditation, promoting mindfulness, relieving stress and decreasing muscle tension. Classes follow a mindful progression, beginning with gentle movements, building into an energetic sequence, and culminating in a restorative, final relaxation. All skill and experience levels are welcome!

BwORKZ – Bollywood Inspired Dance workout (ages 16+)
BWORKZ’s (Bollywood Inspired Dance Workout) mission is to bring Bollywood dance as a low to high intensity cardio activity and performance to people. It integrates 40+ dance basics (Indian folk and Bollywood styles) developed by AnupamZ to create an easy-to- follow workout program for adults. This one- hour cardio workout ranging from low impact to high impact is choreographed to be a great stress buster with its soul-touching Indian dance music! We recommend bringing a water bottle!

Whether you’re an expert basketball player or a first timer, Adult Drop-In Basketball
is a RESIDENTS ONLY program (Photo ID Required) that gives you the opportunity play some basketball for fun. Please visit our website for a complete set of rules.
Ages: 35+ (Rocky Hill Residents Only) Location: Rocky Hill Community / Senior Center Gymnasium
Check-In Location: Coffee Bar, located in Lobby of Community / Senior Center PRIOR to entering the gym to pay and sign waiver. Game Play: Game play will be self-officiated and played in a pick-up format.
