Youth & Family Services Programs
   BOYS CONNECT (Grades 4–5)
During this 7-week session, group participants will connect with male role models in our community to engage in activities related to career exploration, leadership qualities and teambuilding. Participants will use the skills learned through this session to complete a group presentation.

GIRLS EMPOWERED (Grades 4–5)
This 7-week session will focus on teaching leadership skills, public speaking skills and building friendships through activities. Group participants will hear from guest speakers in our community to gain a deeper understanding of possible roles for their futures.

THE SENSORY COLLECTIVE:
OPEN PLAY GROUPS
This is an inclusive play group for all youth
of all ages. Open play provides the ability to come and go throughout this timeframe, to enjoy activities that stimulate the senses. This is perfect for those who need stimulation in a structured and mindful environment. Instructors: Melissa Hicks and Kelli Ayala No registration required
Days: SATURDAYS
Dates: 3rd Saturday of the month –
9/20/25, 10/18/25, 11/15/25 and 12/20/25 Time: 9:00am–12:00pm

Holiday Family Program
Human & Youth Services coordinates holiday programs for Rocky Hill families that need help with the upcoming holiday season; we can assist with food, gift cards, and gifts for children 12 and under. If your family is in need this holiday season please call 860-258-2799 for more information.
 THE SENSORY COLLECTIVE: MOBILE SENSORY TENT
Come check out our mobile sensory tent offered at community events! This is offered as an inclusive option for youth who may benefit from a calming space.
We will be at the following event:

     PRevention Palooza Friday, august 29th from 5pm to 8pm
elm Ridge Park Rain or Shine
Join us for our community-wide initiative to spread awareness on opioid and substance abuse prevention.
Food trucks, resources and entertainment will be present and free of charge to our residents!
