yoga for stress relief (ages 16+)
This class is designed for those who are new to yoga; also those who are more experienced looking to slow down and reconnect. Our gentle flow will focus on the breath to release stress while we stretch our bodies mindfully. Prioritize your self-care this season and join
me as we explore the basics of alignment and practice the art of letting go.

yoga: All levels Vinyasa Flow with sound Healing
A vinyasa flow class is designed to link the breath with movement to heat the body and
get into the stretch. Lots of sun salutations
and poses for strength and fluidity. Every other week, we are joined by Doug Yaeger whose calming sound healing enhances our flow. All skill and experience levels are welcome to this vigorous, yet calming class.

yoga: slow Flow with yin/restorative (ages 16+)
During our busy lives we rarely get the chance to slow down, so this class gives you the opportunity to do just that. We will start our 60-minute, all-levels class with a slow flow to get the blood flowing and transition to a yin/ restorative practice for the second half of class. The stillness, deep stretching and bi- weekly live sound healing will leave you with
a sense of deep relaxation and release along with increased mobility and flexibility over time. Modifications will be offered throughout class to cater to every unique body. Please bring a mat, blanket, and blocks (if you have them)!

**neW*** BWorKZ – Bollywood inspired Dance Workout (ages 16+)
BWORKZ’s (Bollywood Inspired Dance Workout) mission is to bring Bollywood dance as a low to high intensity cardio activity and performance to people. It integrates 40+ dance basics (Indian folk and Bollywood styles) developed by AnupamZ to create an easy-to- follow workout program for adults. This one- hour cardio workout ranging from low impact
to high impact is choreographed to be a great stress buster with its soul-touching Indian dance music! We recommend bringing a water bottle!

Zumba (ages 16+)
Get an aerobic workout with a Latin twist! Zumba Fitness combines high energy and motivating music with Latin and international rhythms. The moves are easy to follow and there is no dance experience necessary. Wear comfortable clothing and sneakers. Bring water and a towel.

American sign language for Adults (ages 16+)
Students will learn the ASL alphabet and corresponding words. Basic words and phrases such as colors, numbers, family members, etc. Students will be able to sign familiar words and short phrases at the end of the course. This class is fun and educational! Instructor: Connie Davids

guided meditation and sound Healing immersion
Enjoy progressive relaxation to relieve physical tension, breathwork to calm the mind, and energy awareness to create balance and poise. Meditation and sound healing relieve stress, improve sleep, and create coherence between mind, body, and soul. Doug accompanies
your meditation with enchanting crystal bowls, chimes, and shimmery gong. Julie provides (optional) hands-on energy healing. Bring
yoga mat, cushion, and/or blanket to make yourself comfortable! Please be advised that our meeting room has a hardwood floor. Chairs are provided so you may meditate while seated; but, if you prefer to lie down, bring a blanket(s), pillow, etc. for your comfort.
