Skyhawks Sports
Skyhawks provides a wide variety of fun, safe, and positive programs that emphasize critical lessons in sports and life, such as teamwork, respect, and sportsmanship. Our programs
are designed to give each child a positive introduction into sports while fostering a lifelong love for an active, healthy lifestyle.
skyhawks capture the Flag
for ages 7–12
You know it from playgrounds, backyards and family get-togethers. We take all the traditional aspects of the game and put a Skyhawks spin on it. Your young athlete will learn strategy
in addition to the rules of the game while we incorporate sportsmanship and teamwork into this action packed camp. Bring your friends or make new ones at this unique and fast-paced program.
Gear to bring: Appropriate clothing, water bottle, sneakers, and sunscreen

soccer for ages 7–12
This program combines strategic STEM-based activities with traditional Skyhawks soccer instruction and focus on life skills such as teamwork and sportsmanship. STEM Sports soccer curriculum gives students the opportunity to get behind the sport they love with modules on soccer ball design, throw in science, angles and goal line technology. Participants will learn the fundamentals of passing, shooting, dribbling and defense with drills and scrimmages.

skyhawks Mini-hawk (Baseball, Basketball & soccer) for ages 4–6
This multi-sport program gives children a positive first step into athletics. The essentials of each sport are taught in a safe, structured environment with lots of encouragement and
a focus on fun. All games and activities were designed to allow campers to explore balance, movement, hand/eye coordination, and skill development at their own pace.

skyhawks tennis camps for ages 6–12
Our tennis program focuses on skill refinement as well as practice and match play. Skyhawks tennis breaks down the fundamental skills through easily understood drills, games and exercises to help improve overall coordination and technique. Players learn proper grips, footwork, strokes, volleys and serves, as well as the rules and etiquette that make tennis an exciting game.

for beginning to intermediate athletes. An active week of passing, shooting, dribbling and rebounding makes this one of our most popular programs. Boys and girls will also learn vital

This multi-sport camp is designed to introduce young athletes to a variety of different sports
in one setting. Athletes will learn the rules and essentials of each sport through skill-based games and scrimmages. By the end of the week your child will walk away with knowledge of these sports along with vital life lessons such as respect, teamwork, and self-discipline.

Beginner golf camp for ages 5–8
Boys and girls will learn the fundamentals of swinging, putting and body positioning of this lifelong sport. Using the ShortGolf system, we have simplified instruction so that young players can make an effective transition onto the golf course. No need to bring your own clubs--all equipment is provided.

karate
Learn the traditional art of Okinawan Shorin Ryu Karate. You will learn the basics of Karate, block and striking, as it is still taught in Okinawa today. Students will learn discipline, self confidence and how to defend themselves. The Beginner class (for ages 6–10) is for students with no previous training and the Advanced Karate is
for ages 10 and up. Class is done barefoot. New students: wear loose comfortable clothing to class.
