core strength training
This functionally, fun class provides a complete workout that will help tone and reshape your body. You will use light weights, bands, and your own body weight to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and stamina to sculpt and tone. Be prepared with a water, yoga mat, and light weights.

hatha yoga with sound healing
Hatha is the style of yoga that forms the basis for most other styles. In this class, participants will combine physical postures (asanas), controlled breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation. The class is accompanied by the live sounds
of a Chau Gong, Bar Chimes and a pure quartz Crystal Bowl. The vibrations produced by
the sounds of these instruments have been known to help clear blockages in your chakras, which assists in the proper flow of energy. It is advisable to dress comfortably and and to not eat/eat only minimally for the two hours before class. This is a slower paced practice with static posture holds and is suitable for anyone who is new to yoga or those who would like to deepen their existing practice.

Relieve stress and improve overall health and balance by learning the fundamentals of Yoga. Enjoy learning the basics of proper alignment and how to link your movements with your breath. Build a foundation for a personal yoga practice in this class. Participants should
be in overall good health since practice can be vigorous. Bring a mat and wear loose comfortable clothes.

slow Flow yoga
Slow Flow Yoga is a Vinyasa Yoga-style class, which movements with breath so you feel both relaxed and energized. Students will work
on balance, joint flexibility and building core strength. Although it will improve physical and mental health, this class is not considered therapeutic and is most suitable for those with

guided imagery and sound Meditation
Join Doug and Maria for a sound meditation experience that is restorative and rejuvenating. Allow your stress and tension to melt away as you lie or sit comfortably surrounded by the sounds and healing frequencies of therapeutic gongs, crystal bowls and chimes. As the sounds bring you to a deep relaxed state, you will then be guided through an imagery meditation. You will be further soothed with a relaxing blend of essential oils that will be diffused into the air. This class is suitable for anyone, even if you are new to meditation. Wear comfortable clothes, and bring whatever you need (yoga mat, blanket, pillow, etc.) to be relaxed. Pre-registration is required.

Zumba
Get an aerobic workout with a Latin twist! Zumba Fitness combines high energy and motivating music with Latin and international rhythms. The moves are easy to follow and there is no dance experience necessary. Wear comfortable clothing and sneakers. Bring water and a towel.

The program is designed for beginners to advanced players looking to play tennis or tune up their game. Lessons and drills will focus on stroke development, movement and strategy. yoga in the Park
Yoga in the Park is a Hatha style yoga class
for adults in good health who want the joy of movement outside with a group. Class will focus on fun, flow-style movements, but will also provide some foundational yoga instruction.
A moderate yoga challenge that benefits the joints, posture, and overall physical and mental health. Bring water, a yoga mat and wear loose comfortable clothes. You will be required to sign in each class you attend. Class will be cancelled due to inclement weather.

Pickleball Pick-up
The perfect opportunity to meet other Pickleball players in town. This is a FREE service being offered to help Pickleball players in Rocky Hill meet one another. Get in your workout with

Boat launch Passes
Resident season passes are available at the Recreation Office. The launch will open on Friday, May 21, weather pending. Seasonal passes:
