“IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: Due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation, it is important to note ALL Summerscape and Camp Rocks registration has been suspended until further notice. This DOES NOT mean camp is cancelled. However, our department is actively working with state and local o cials to determine whether current operational plans can resume safely this summer and/or if modi cations will need to be made in- order to operate. In the event we are unable to make reasonable modi cation(s) if needed during this time, a decision regarding the cancellation of camp operations will be made at that time. PRICING AND HOURS OF OPERATION
early Program Add-on (7:30–8:30am)
Resident: $27 per week (Week 2: $22) Non-resident: $32 per week (Week 2: $26)
camp Program (8:30am–12:30pm)
Resident: $108 per week (Week 2: $87)
Non-resident: $119 per week (Week 2: $95)
late Program Add-on (12:30–1:30pm)

late Pick-up Penalty Fee
Any child picked up after 12:30pm (after camp program hours) OR after 1:30pm (Late Program Campers) will be charged a $50 late fee per occurrence. Further information can be found in the Summerscape Pre-School Camp Parent Handbook.
● Full payment is due at the time of registration. Spaces will be  lled on a  rst-come,  rst- serve basis. Spaces will not be held without payment.
● Camper Pick-Up: A physical
photo ID is required on a DAILY
basis to release your child from
camp. The photo ID must be used to verify names of authorized pick-ups for your child(ren) that is provided to our sta . This
is required on a daily basis as pick-ups may encounter di erent sta  member per pick-up occurrence. Those who fail to present an ID will be asked to retrieve and present a valid ID prior to an authorized release of a camper. This is required for the safety of our campers and sta .
ABOUT SUMMERSCAPE PRE-SCHOOL CAMP
● Summerscape Pre-School Camp is part of Rocky Hill’s very own State Licensed camp programs. ● Camp is open to all participants currently entering Pre-School or Kindergarten AND at least 3 years
of age by the start of camp for the 2020–21 school year.
● Campers are grouped into groups based on their ages and grades to ensure age appropriate activities.
● Camp o ers a wide variety of activities for our participants to encounter each week including but not limited to; Arts & Crafts, Music, Drama, Soccer, Water Games and so much more!
● Campers are required to bring their own food and beverage each day to camp.
● Every Friday (Thursday July 2 for session 2), camp will have “Pizza Friday” where each camper will receive cheese pizza at no additional cost. Campers are asked to pack other snacks and drinks as they will not be provided.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURES
● Obtain a Copy of the “Summerscape Pre-School Camp Parent Handbook”: This will contain important information regarding camp operations, policies and procedures. The handbook also contains important forms that must be fully read and completed prior to registration. Copies can be obtained at the Parks and Recreation o ce or printed from our website.
● Obtain Medical Information: Per our state licensing regulations, all campers must have a current health form on  le. Health forms are valid for 3 years from the date of the examination UNLESS there is a change in information. Your child’s physician MUST sign-o  on all health documentation prior to being accepted. Campers requiring special accommodations, should refer to the ADA section of the Town of Rocky Hill’s website.
● Registration: Once all of the necessary paperwork has been reviewed and completed, forms must be delivered in-person to the Parks & Recreation o ce for your initial registration. If you wish, you may fax and/or mail your forms as well and pay with a credit card over the phone. Please note, if forms are not completed to our needs, registration will not be processed until the necessary forms are completed accordingly. Note: You only need to come into our o ce for the initial registration. (Example, if you only sign-up for week 1, but wish to enroll in additional sessions, payment can be processed over the phone with a valid credit card.)
