Adult Fitness
candlelit guided imagery and sound Meditation
Join Doug and Maria for a candlelit sound meditation experience that is restorative and rejuvenating. Allow your stress and tension
to melt away as you lie or sit comfortably surrounded by the sounds and healing frequencies of therapeutic gongs, crystal bowls and chimes. As the sounds bring you to a deep relaxed state, you will then be guided through an imagery meditation. You will be further soothed with a relaxing blend of essential oils that will
be di used into the air. This class is suitable for anyone, even if you are new to meditation. Wear comfortable clothes, and bring whatever you need (yoga mat, blanket, pillow, etc.) to be relaxed. Pre-registration is required. Instructors: Maria Swan and Doug Yaeger Location: Community Center

2020 summer swim lessons
Residents: $35 plus current pool pass. Registration starts June 1

Zumba
Get an aerobic workout with a Latin twist! Zumba Fitness combines high energy and motivating music with Latin and international rhythms. The moves are easy to follow and there is no dance experience necessary. Wear comfortable clothing and sneakers. Bring water and a towel.

yoga in the Park
Yoga in the Park is a Hatha style yoga class for adults in good health who want the joy of movement outside with a group. Class will focus on fun,  ow-style movements, but will also provide some foundational yoga instruction.A moderate yoga challenge that bene ts the joints, posture, and overall physical and mental health. Bring water, a yoga mat and wear loose comfortable clothes. You will be required to sign in each class you attend. Class will be cancelled due to inclement weather. Location: Amphitheater at Elm Ridge Park

Boat launch Passes
Resident season passes are available at the Recreation O ce. Seasonal passes:
● Rocky Hill residents: must provide a driver’s license and current boat registration: Name and address must match on both documents. Fee: $60.
● Non resident tax payers: must provide a driver’s license, current boat registration and recent tax bill: Name and address must match. Fee: $60
● Non residents: must provide a driver’s license, current boat registration and recent tax bill: Name and address must match. Fee: $100

Fee: Without pass, daily launch fee for all boaters is $30.
tennis lessons
The program is designed for beginners to advanced players looking to play tennis or tune up their game. Lessons and drills will focus on stroke development, movement and strategy. Sneakers with non marking soles required. Bring own racket or equipment will be provided. For more information, contact the Tennis & Fitness Center at 860–563–8051.
