Adult Fitness
strength training class
Total body strength training will give you a complete workout that will help tone and reshape your body. Core workout is also included. The class will utilize free weights, bands, bars, etc., and will include standing and  oor work. Need to provide own mat. $20 additional fee for non-residents.

gentle stretch and tone
A gentle fusion of exercises that include strength, balance, and  exibility. We will focus on core moves that work your abs, glutes, back and shoulders. All levels are welcome. Must be able to get up and down o  the  oor. Bring a mat, water, and wear sneakers to class. Instructor: Ashley from Personal Euphoria Pilates

tighten and tone – 2 classes o ered
Get the endorphins  owing in Tighten and Tone. A Pilates based class designed to strengthen your arms and back using 2 lb. weights, trim and slim your middle through a series of mat based exercises, and lengthen and de ne the lower body through body weight resistance to improve balance and stamina. Top o  a successful class with a rewarding full body stretch to seal in all your hard work. Bring a mat and water. Instructor: Rebecca from Personal Euphoria Pilates

Planning a family get together? We’ll lend you
a bag full of sports equipment and games! Kits can be custom designed to suit your needs based on a selection of available equipment. For residents only.

Time: Pick-up at Parks & Rec between 9am- 3pm Mon-Fri
Fee: Free with $25 security deposit
Register by: Reserve your kit at least 3 days in advance.

gentle yoga with samantha
Gentle Yoga o ers all the bene ts of yoga,
but slower, with more focus on stretching and breathing. You will develop body awareness, learn basic postures and proper alignment. You will learn a calming and relaxing practice focused on your breath. Recommended for those who are less  exible or who just like to take it more slowly. Bring a mat and wear loose comfortable clothes.

Fundamentals of yoga
Relieve stress and improve overall health and balance by learning the fundamentals of Yoga. Enjoy learning the basics of proper alignment and how to link your movements with your breath. Build a foundation for a personal yoga practice in this class. Participants should
be in overall good health since practice can be vigorous. Bring a mat and wear loose comfortable clothes.

Slow Flow Yoga is a Vinyasa Yoga-style class, which movements with breath so you feel both relaxed and energized. Students will work
on balance, joint  exibility and building core strength. Although it will improve physical and mental health, this class is not considered therapeutic and is most suitable for those with prior yoga training. Bring a mat and wear loose comfortable clothes.
