Summer Specialty Camps
“IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: Due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation, it is important to note ALL Summerscape and Camp
Rocks registration has been suspended until further notice. This DOES NOT mean camp is cancelled. However, our department is actively working with state and local o cials to determine whether current operational plans can resume safely this summer and/or if modi cations will need to be made in-order to operate. In the event we are unable to make reasonable modi cation(s) if needed during this time, a decision regarding the cancellation of camp operations will be made at that time.

Who doesn’t love camp? Camp Rocks is here to ful ll your school vacation needs! Similar to our Summerscape Day Camp program, camp will host structured daily activities ranging from crafts, sports board games and more all while making new friends!
Camp may include an o -site  eld trip requiring bus transportation or on-site entertainment. Please dress your kids appropriately as if weather permits, they will be going outside to participate in di erent activities. Campers MUST refrain from bringing personal valuables
to camp. Examples include but are not limited to: iPods, Phones, Video Games, Pokémon Cards, Beyblades, Money... these items
are viewed as a distraction to the camp environment. Sta  will not be held responsible for items as such that end up brought to camp and are lost or stolen.
Please note:
There is no Director of First Aid to administer medication, Epi-pen, etc. on-site. Parent/Guardian must complete pick-up authorization form prior to registration.
August camp rocks

Youth
sidekicks soccer
Sidekicks is a six-week
structured, school age
program for children with special needs. Participants will be involved with soccer related activities. Parents/guardian must remain on the side-lines during sessions to encourage and cheer on their child(ren).

(new) rhhs summer Performance camp
Geared towards athletes looking to gain knowledge of the weight room in a fun and
safe environment, while bene ting not only in strength and stamina improvements. We will develop power, agility, speed, character, culture, hand-eye coordination as well as speci c exercises targeted to reduce the risk of injury (ACL, concussion, ankle sprains). The camp will be inside & outside utilizing the free weights, barbells, bands, and various other exercise equipment.

sizzling science – for ages 4–8
Come  zz, pop and boom with Sizzling Science!! Each week children will discover the fun and fascinating world of science through amazing hands on experiments, some with an eruption component. Future scientists will be engaged and inspired.

kidscapades Mix – for ages 5–8
Squish, pop, mix,  zz and create! This class is
a unique mix of sensory exploration, science experiments and art: Children will discover the fun world of sensory and science through hands on experiments and messy sensory explorations: Creativity is encouraged for art projects based on seasons, holidays, books and characters. Dance classes
Our youth dance classes allow your child the opportunity to learn and express themselves through the art of dance in a fun environment. All classes will be taught at the beginner level, allowing your child to learn traditional dance steps associated with their speci c class. Music will be child friendly. Proper dance attire is required for all dance classes.
