Youth
Brazilian Dancing martial Arts (Ages 3–10)
Capoeira (pronounced cap-o-wed-a) is an art
of self-defense that is hidden in dance and played as a game inside a circle with live music and songs. Capoeira has a rich and important history and is enjoyed as a beautiful “dance.” It develops strong, agile muscles, brings people together and invites people to express themselves. It provides health benefits, enhances self-esteem and reduces stress. Class is done barefoot and loose clothing should be worn.

Skyhawks provides a wide variety of fun, safe and positive programs that emphasize critical lessons in sports and life, such as teamwork, respect and sportsmanship. Our programs
are designed to give each child a positive introduction into sports while fostering a lifelong love for an active, healthy lifestyle.
Skyhawks capture the flag for ages 7–12
You know it from playgrounds, backyards and family get togethers. We take all the traditional aspects of the game and put a Skyhawks spin on it. Your young athlete will learn strategy in addition to the rules of the game while we incor- porate sportsmanship and teamwork into this action packed camp. 2020 vision
Do you want to have perfect vision? Get rid of your glasses and contacts? Join the staff at 2020 Vision to correct your less than perfect eyesight. You will be custom fitted with a helmet that will correct your vision in a relaxing setting. Just sit back, close your eyes, and all the work will be done by the helmet. By wearing it for one hour your eyesight will be 20/20 and the results will last the rest of the year. All ages welcome. Hat size needed at registration to determine helmet size. Day: Wednesday

Skyhawks Stem & Play: Soccer for ages 7–12
This program combines strategic STEM-based activities with traditional Skyhawks soccer instruction and focus on life skills such as teamwork and sportsmanship. STEM Sports soccer curriculum gives students the opportunity to get behind the sport they love with modules on soccer ball design, throw in science, angles and goal line technology. Participants will learn the fundamentals of passing, shooting, dribbling and defense with drills and scrimmages.

Skyhawks mini-hawk
(Baseball, Basketball & Soccer) for ages 4–6 This multi sport program gives children a positive first step into athletics. The essentials
of each sport are taught in a safe, structured environment with lots of encouragement and a big focus on fun. All games and activities were designed to allow campers to explore balance, movement, hand/eye coordination, and skill development at their own pace.

Skyhawks tennis camps for ages 6–12
Grab your tennis racquet and get ready to
play! No matter what skill level you are at, this program will improve your game and help you get more enjoyment from tennis. Our tennis program focuses on skill refinement as well
as practice and match play. Skyhawks tennis breaks down the fundamental skills through easily understood drills, games and exercises to help improve overall coordination and technique. Players learn proper grips, footwork, strokes, volleys and serves in a fun and dynamic way. Athletes will also learn the rules and etiquette of the game.

This fun, skill-intensive program is designed
for beginning to intermediate athletes. An active week of passing, shooting, dribbling and rebounding makes this one of our most popular programs. Boys and girls will also learn vital
life lessons such as respect, teamwork and responsibility.

Skyhawks multi Sport for ages 7–12 (Baseball, Basketball, flag football, Soccer)
This multi-sport camp is designed to introduce young athletes to a variety of different sports
in one setting. Athletes will learn the rules and essentials of each sport through skill-based games and scrimmages. By the end of the week your child will walk away with knowledge of these sports along with vital life lessons such as respect, teamwork, and self-discipline.

Beginner golf camp for ages 5–8
Boys and girls will learn the fundamentals of swinging, putting and body positioning of this lifelong sport. Using the SNAG (Starting New
at Golf) system, we have simplified instruction so that young players can make an effective transition onto the golf course. SNAG utilizes a set of equipment designed for beginning golfers by PGA professionals. No need to bring your own clubs – all equipment is provided.
