Aqua Zumba –
Just Add Water and Shake!
Aqua Zumba is perfect for those looking
to add low-impact, high-energy aquatic exercise to their fitness routine. It’s a party with music from around the world added to water resistance, providing a challenging class that tones your muscles and improves overall fitness with less impact on your joints. The movements are specifically created for a water workout that will be enjoyed by those new to exercise, those returning to exercise, active adults looking for a new and fun, total- body routine, and anyone who wants to let loose and shake it to the beat in a new environment!

Slow Flow Yoga
Slow Flow Yoga is based on the Vinyasa Yoga style which links movements with breathing so you feel both relaxed and energized. Students will work on balance, joint flexibility, and building core strength. Although it will improve physical and mental health, this class is not considered therapeutic and is most suitable for those with prior yoga training. Wear loose, comfortable clothes.

Parks & Recreation
 Gentle Yoga with Maura
Gentle Yoga offers all the benefits of yoga, but slower, with more focus on stretching and breathing. You will develop body awareness, learn basic postures and proper alignment. You will learn a calming and relaxing practice focused on your breath. Recommended for those who are less flexible or who just like
to take it more slowly. Bring a mat and wear loose comfortable clothes.

Yoga with Sound Healing
In this class, participants will combine physical postures (asanas), controlled breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation. The class is accompanied by the live sounds of
a Chau Gong, Bar Chimes and a pure quartz Crystal Bowl. The vibrations produced by
the sounds of these instruments have been known to help clear blockages in your chakras, which assists in the proper flow of energy. It
is advisable to dress comfortably and to not eat/eat only minimally for the two hours before class. This is a slower paced practice with static posture holds and is suitable for anyone who is new to yoga or those who would like to deepen their existing practice.

Get an aerobic workout with a Latin

Starter Tennis Lessons
For adult beginners. This program will cover an introduction to tennis. The sport of tennis will be covered in a fun and exciting way. Learn the traditional art of Okinawan Shorin Ryu Karate. You will learn the basics of Karate, block and striking, as it is still
taught in Okinawa today. Students will learn discipline, self confidence and how to defend themselves. The Beginner class (for ages 6–10) is for students with no previous training. The Advanced Karate class is for ages 10 and up. Class is done barefoot. New students: wear loose comfortable clothing.
