    Silver Sneakers – Stability – VIRTUAL
Stability is the newest class designed to help you become stronger and improve balance. The movements taught in class focus on specific exercises to improve strength and power around the ankle, knee and hip joints, while improving your reaction time. Chairs may be used for balance. Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing, and an 8” ball are utilized,

Walking Track

This class will introduce you to bicycling basics. Learn what type of bike you should purchase, proper footwear, clothing and accessories, as well as correct cycling terminology and road etiquette. Paul will also cover maintenance of your bike and how to complete equipment and road safety check lists. There will be time for questions and maybe even plans for developing a few group rides around Town. Feel free to bring your bike.

Men’s and Women’s Golf – Introduction
This program is designed for the new golfer or for golfers who have never played or have not played in a number of years. In five one-hour sessions, our coaches will cover everything you need to know to play your first round of golf. Classes will cover the basics of the golf swing, putting, short game techniques, rules and etiquette. There will be separate men’s and women’s classes.
