Cora Bear & Cub Pre-Preschool
Tuesdays, twice monthly at 10:30am
Ages 2–4
We’ll practice some developmental skills to
help familiarize children with topics related to preschool! Activities will include colors, numbers, letters, days of the week, sharing and socializing, and a themed craft! No registration required.
Babies & Bubbles
Thursdays, twice monthly at 10:00am
Ages 0–24 months
Get little bodies moving with lap bounces, tickles, lifting songs and rhymes and enjoy baby playtime. No registration required.
Free Play Fri-yay
Fridays at 10:30am
Ages 18 months–5 years
Drop in and play with a large assortment of toys. Perfect for kids to learn to socialize with others. No registration required.
Playgroup Plus
Saturdays at 10:30am
Ages 18 months–5 years
Drop in and join us for stories, songs, bubbles and more! Stay for free play with a large assortment of toys after the storytime. No registration required.
Music and Movement
Mondays at 6:30pm
Ages 2–5
Join us for stories, songs, dancing & more! Music develops listening skills, awareness of rhythm and sound which helps develop early literacy skills. Fun for families with children 2 to 5 yrs (siblings welcome). Registration required.

Enjoy a family friendly presentation by an outreach specialist for the Mohegan Tribe. Learn about

Ages 0 months–4 years
Dress up in your Halloween costume, dance to some music, trick or treat around the library and have a romping good time! Registration required.

Turkish Coffee Tasting Program

Attendees will learn all about the cultural signifi- cance of Turkish coffee while enjoying samples of this delicious beverage, along with Turkish tea and a variety of Turkish refreshments. They will also learn about the history and culture of the Anatolian peninsula from representatives of the Peace Islands Institute, an international organiza- tion promoting cross-cultural conversations and friendship. Spooky Masterpiece Studio

Join local artist Katherine Tolve in creating your own upcycled spooky masterpiece! We will
