Reiki
Reiki is an ancient Japanese technique for relaxation and stress reduction that promotes healing. It is a gentle hands-on therapy that removes blocks which allows the flow of the energy in the body. It facilitates balance and support on all levels (physical, emotional, spiritual). When the energy flows in the body, it allows relaxation in which the body’s natural healing abilities are better utilized. Balancing the energy in our body can result in stress reduction; promote healing (physical and emotional); energize; revitalize and restore a sense of calm in our lives.
~Bring healing and wellness to the mind, body and spirit~
