STRENGTH TRAINING CLASSES
Total body strength training will give you a complete workout that will help tone and reshape your body. Core workout is also included. The class will utilize free weights, resistance bands, etc. and will include standing and floor work.
Strength Training Class:

Days: Mondays and Wednesdays
Session 1 Dates: September 18–November 15 (17 classes, no class 10/9)
Session 2 Dates: November 20–January 31 (17 classes, no class 11/22, 12/25, 12/27, 1/1, 1/15) Time: 6:45–7:30pm or 7:45–8:30pm
Fee: $83 non-residents, $91 non-residents
Saturday Class – Boot Camp Format:
Location: At Home with Zoom

Day: Saturdays
Session 1 Dates: September 23–November 11 (6 classes, no class 9/30 and 10/21)
Session 2 Dates: November 18–January 13 (6 classes, no class 11/25, 12/23, 12/30) Time: 8:00–8:45am
Fee: $39 residents, $43 non-residents
yoga: Slow Flow with yin/Restorative (ages 16+))
During our busy lives we rarely get the chance to slow down, so this class gives you the opportunity to do just that. We will start our 60-minute, all-levels class with a slow flow to get the blood flowing and transition to a yin/ restorative practice for the second half of class. The stillness, deep stretching and bi- weekly live sound healing will leave you with
a sense of deep relaxation and release along with increased mobility and flexibility over time. Modifications will be offered throughout class to cater to every unique body. Please bring a mat, blanket, and blocks (if you have them)! Instructor: Kristin Longenecker accompanied by Musician Doug Yaeger

yoga: All Levels Vinyasa Flow with Sound Healing
A vinyasa flow class is designed to link the breath with movement to heat the body and get into the stretch. Lots of sun salutations
and poses for strength and fluidity. Every other week, we are joined by Doug Yaeger whose calming sound healing enhances our flow. All skill and experience levels are welcome to this vigorous, yet calming class.

yoga for Stress Relief (ages 16+)
This class is designed for those who are new to yoga; also those who are more experienced looking to slow down and reconnect. Our gentle flow will focus on the breath to release stress while we stretch our bodies mindfully. Prioritize your self-care this season and join me as we explore the basics of alignment and practice the art of letting go.
